SUNSHINE is a two-level home designed for family fun. Go kite boarding, windsurfing and kayaking from the Pamlico Sound shore which is just footsteps away.
Three kayaks are yours to use during your stay. There is locable storage under the house. Outside, there are two large shower rooms and a powder room.
The under house carport accommodates vehicles, with more parking in the cement driveway. Two bar-b-que grills are provided. In season, catch crabs, harvest
scallops, fish, and go clamming in front of SUNSHINE. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the sound front decks or hot tub.
